Every examination is thorough because we want to understand what's causing your problem before recommending treatment. When digital X-rays are needed, they're taken right in the office and reviewed by both your chiropractor and a radiologist, giving us additional information before your care plan begins.
New Patients
Your first visit includes a detailed consultation, health history, examination, and, for most patients, on-site digital X-rays. Before any adjustments are recommended, we'll explain what we've found, answer your questions, and review a care plan that's tailored to your needs.

Same-day appointments are often available, and our offices offer convenient amenities including accessible parking, evening hours, Saturday appointments at our Danville location, and participation with most major insurance plans, including Medicare.

Dr. Robinson graduated with his Doctor of Chiropractic from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2003 and brings over fifteen years of clinical experience to his patients. He is known for his thoroughness in identifying the underlying cause of each patient's concern and helping them take a more holistic approach to their health. Dr. Robinson is passionate about educating patients on the safety and effectiveness of chiropractic care, helping them understand its role in a comprehensive approach to family wellness.
Qualifications:
Dr. Ritchie has practiced chiropractic for nearly 30 years, following his graduation from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis. He is certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), including the Webster Technique, and is also certified in acupuncture, allowing him to care for a wide range of patients, including expectant mothers and families seeking natural healthcare options.
Dr. Ritchie takes a friendly, patient-first approach, believing that listening closely to each patient's concerns is essential to recommending care that's tailored to their needs and goals.
Qualifications:
Dr. Elliott is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where she gained hands-on clinical experience and continues to return for ongoing education. She has completed additional training in myofascial release techniques and a range of chiropractic adjusting methods, and also provides care for expectant mothers and infants.
Dr. Elliott's approach centers on listening closely to each patient to understand their concerns before developing a care plan suited to their needs, with a focus on helping patients move more comfortably and return to the activities they enjoy.

Dr. Sammons earned her chiropractic degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic, where additional training through NetworkSpinal® and TRT® (Torque Release Technique) clubs broadened her clinical perspective. She has a particular focus on caring for pregnant women, infants, and growing families, and is continuing her education with advanced pediatric training.
Dr. Sammons believes chiropractic care doesn't have to be forceful to make a difference, and she works to ensure patients feel listened to and understand their care in clear, everyday language.

Dr. McMahan earned his chiropractic degree from Logan University in Chesterfield, Missouri, where mentorship helped strengthen his diagnostic and adjusting skills. He has completed additional training in the Webster Technique, Torque Release Technique® (TRT®), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and pediatric chiropractic care.
Dr. McMahan believes great care starts with listening, taking time to understand each patient's concerns before recommending a personalized plan aimed at improving comfort and overall well-being.
Qualifications:
Dr. Collom earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in 2016, including a clinical internship in Värnamo, Sweden, and went on to complete a Master of Science in Positive Psychology. His approach focuses on understanding not just where a patient hurts, but why the problem developed in the first place.
Dr. Collom is committed to creating a comfortable, encouraging environment for patients, drawing on his background in positive psychology to support healthy habits and a better understanding of the factors contributing to discomfort or limited movement.
